Thankful Thursday

- Getting back into good habits, like walking, singing, and exercising (though the set of exercises I got from my last PT are mostly stretches -- I'm counting them anyway). We'll see how long that lasts.
- Kaleidofolk, my bandmates N and m, and Plans.
- Prunes. Also, my ageing digestive tract giving me good reasons to eat them. (Also, they're higher in potassium than bananas, though lower than potatoes.)
- Other dried fruits, including apricots, figs, pineapple slices, and orange slices. Why have I not noticed Trader Joe's dried orange slices before?
- Ginger is not a fruit, it's a root. But crystalized ginger.
- Pilot G2 gel pens.
