Today I am grateful for...

• Not depending on Birdland for anything important.
• Alternatives.
• Used Thinkpad laptops at entirely reasonable prices.
• My family. Extra gratitude for my daughter E.
• Sleeping with cats.

I would be grateful for my brain -- I've a great respect for brains -- except that I'm not sure I have one this week.
