It's still drizzling and chilly in the New York Metropolitan Area. Outdoor moofky-foofky would be a bit uncomfortable. You need to wait until the weather gets nicer. How about "the first warm day", the day everybody who owns a motorcyle digs it out for a ride.
There is a version JoCo does when he needs to be family-friendly (or one of the singers on stage with him) where the chorus is "outdoor HUGGING starts today". With lots of jokes about your favorite Lay's potato chips.
