The Autumnal Equinox is almost here. By Samhain I hope the weather has gotten cooler. My ancestors (mostly from the British Isles) evolved in an environment where a temperature of 75 F is an unbearable heat wave. My skin is so pale i get a sunburn in the time it takes me to walk 20 feet from the house door to the car by the curb. And of course it's Harvest Time, which always makes cooking an adventure.
