mdlbearToday I am grateful for...
- House buyers -- friends -- who paid cash.
- Traveling Notaries.
- Checklists - when I remember to use them. And update them. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to put "use checklist" on a checklist...
- Less pain than last week.
- Tasty drinks that double as cough syrup.
- A virus of some sort that wasn't COVID-19.
