Catching Up

Off the Net since last Thursday morning, and nearly 200 posts on my friends list to catch up with. And I still need to go back and add some people to the list.

GaFilk was a blast; my concert went OK, and the CD and DVD I contributed to the Interfilk auction fetched $285 between them. Met lots of wonderful people, many of whom were using LJ usernames I recognized as their badge names. As I said, many people to add...

More later. Right now I'm at my Mom's house in Florida; spent some time this afternoon buying her a digital camera (Nikon CoolPix 3200) as a slightly belated birthday present, installing OpenOffice and Firefox, and setting up a spreadsheet to keep track of her expenses.
