After lunch I got deeply involved in a software-design conversation with finagler and managed to miss my dentist appointment, in addition to not doing a whole pile of paperwork that really needs to get done this week.

NMR CAT scan

OK, they call it MRI these days. Foo. It ought to be Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Computer Aided Tomography, thank you very much. Anyway, they're going to scan my head two weeks from Friday. Bunch of preliminary questions about whether I had any metal embedded in my body. Fillings and gold crowns apparently don't cause problems.
