I was still afflicted with muscle pain, which mostly moved to a spot under my left shoulderblade, but I got in a comfortable 3-mile walk and some work on "When I Go", so I'll take it. (The pain is less today, back on top of the right shoulder, and I think another round of naproxen and methocarbamol -- in progress -- will take care of it.)

On the gripping hand, I was not all that productive at work and ended up getting to bed after midnight, some two hours after I first noticed that I was sleepy.
