Well, the forms are printing. I couldn't track down the hotel receipts from Loscon, so that's one deduction out the window. It's a bit dubious anyway (out-of-pocket expenses for a non-profit convention; might work, OTOH it might get me audited). And there was some computer hardware that I probably could have written off but decided not to -- again, didn't want to push my luck.

So they go in the mail in the morning, because I'm darned if I'm going to pay $15 extra to beat my head against the e-filing idiocy yet again. Now I can get back to the fun stuff, like cleaning the office, pulling weeds in the front yard, and arranging for my next sigmoidoscopy.

If one or more of your family staffed Loscon, I think it counts as volunteer work of the right sort.
But I am not a tax professional.

E-filing idiocy? What happened?

I bought Turbo Tax for the first time in over a decade, this year, and used it, and it reported that it e-filed both my state and federal returns just fine. Should I be concerned about something?
