Pod children

Went out for sushi this evening in honor of the chaoswolf's yellow belt in karate; the two kids got along wonderfully. Afterwards, the flower_cat and I went out for an hour's drive; when we got back the YD had done one of her math worksheets, and the two of them had cleaned (more or less) the upstairs hallway. There they were, sitting side by side in the living room, working on character sheets.

I'm not complaining, just baffled. And I think the YD must have grown half an inch or so overnight.

It wasn't so much the dust as the residual debris around the edges. I'm still impressed.

YD was infected with mind-altering parasites. Either that, or she's starting to go through hormonal changes that will (soon) lead to feminine hygeine issues...
