flower_cat update: 8am

Well, the flower_cat is in pre-op at this point; I don't think I'll get back there in time to hold her hand before she goes in for surgery (scheduled for 8:30), but we'll see. Neither of us got much sleep last night; she will at least get some this morning.

Another update when I have more information.
