For those interested in her secret diet, here it is: Eat a decent breakfast, and start lunch and dinner with a large salad. Make your own vinaigrette dressing. Having allergies that cause you to throw up, and spending most of a week in and out of the hospital, are optional and not really recommended. I've lost about 8 pounds since she started the salad thing.
She's too modest to mention it, but she's now down to what her weight was when we got married.
