for locals: Open house / party reminders

The Starport is pretty much open all weekend; there's a propane barbecue, some munchies, some soda, and air conditioning. There will definitely be some people here on Monday the 4th; Saturday and Sunday are not so much a party as a place to get out of the heat. chaoswolf is having her 20th birthday party on Wednesday the 6th.

I wonder if I'm the only one who read that as "profane barbecue?"

Hadn't thought about it for years, but back when I had occasion to use one it was always called a "profane torch".
