Weekend Wrap-up

Well, it's been an unusual weekend, to say the least. Callahanicon was apparently pretty disorganized; we ended up with a house full of people both Friday and Sunday nights. Did a fair amount of singing, which suggests that I'm basically over my cold. Have to remember to stay properly hydrated, though.

I got essentially no exercise, because with a house full of people I didn't want to take several hours a day for my usual walk. Lunch-time today for sure.

My network upgrade was pretty successful -- I now have the new gateway/router/firewall configured and sitting in the rack next to the (almost as) new fileserver. The only things left in that project are moving the wireless subnet over to the DMZ, reconfiguring printing, and figuring out why the firewall software starts up in a funny state.

Now that it's done I need to write it all up for my website, and get back to my VoIP and web projects.

Being one of those disorganized Callahanians who was over both Fri and Sun nights, I wanted to thank you for singing for us and putting up with us as well. I had a good time. :)
