Under the Bush administration, federal spending has skyrocketed. The federal government's power to conduct investigations without restraint has grown to incredible dimensions. We're in a foreign war which is getting Americans killed for no good reason. We seem a bit behind schedule on cutting the government in half.

Here's an idea: Get rid of Bush, and implement the "Bush Plan" instead.

They're selective: spending on the military, prisons, and bureaucracy rarely decreases; freedom and public service rarely increase. The cuts are always in "social programs" of the sort needed *right now* by the people on the Gulf Coast: welfare, public health, education, and so on. Those have all been, or are being, "privatized" and/or dumped onto "faith-based" organizations. In other words, available to people with money and people with a state-approved religion.
