In that case, you may be able to use Contiki. And if it won't even run that, you may be able to run uVNC.

The Ports page is very impressive, in a retro kind of way. Kind of like building a Viking ship out of popsicle sticks. Oh, wait.

Me, I wish I could get an X terminal built in modern technology. Something with, say, 64MB of RAM, 256 MB of EEPROM, a keyboard, and an LCD display, WiFi, WiMax and no disk drive. It could weigh less than half a pound--the limiting size would be the display and the keyboard; with audio or stylus input one could even dispense with the keyboard. I could use it at home, or in a hundred internet cafes. (A 9term would be better in some ways--much saner protocols--but I'd have to use it with a 9grid.) But these things make too much sense. No, portable computers must be big, heavy, and power-hungry.

By the way, have you seen PyPy?
