Health update

Got a letter today from Kaiser reminding me to come in and get my blood pressure checked. Uh, ... done that.

Gave blood this evening, and the BP was already down to 122/77, from 142/87 two months ago. It was really slow -- apparently they get most of their business in the first two hours, but this was the first time I can remember when I was the only donor in the building. Somebody out there isn't donating! Go do it, if you can.

(I was actually thinking more of people like the chaoswolf, who's afraid of needles but I suspect could get over it if she really wanted/needed to.)
