The front bathroom currently has no floor. With any luck and about $10K, we will soon have functioning drains in the front bath and the kitchen, and access from inside the house to a useable crawl space (which is why it's costing about ten times what it would have if the plumbers could actually under the house to work. Yes, we should have done this before the repiping. At the time it looked like it would be prohibitively expensive: the previous estimate had been $25K.

Meanwhile, we're having the stairs and the upstairs hall repainted, the walls in the back bathroom repaired, and new vinyl flooring installed in both bathrooms and the kitchen. I keep suggesting that the [livejournal.com profile] flower_cat should look for work in a contractor's office, but so far she's not buying it.
