Another day of puttering

Another day around the house -- the Y.D. had guests, and the flower_cat and chaoswolf were off at Pantheacon. No walkies.

Finally got around to sorting my excessive quantity of T-shirts. Five file boxes, plus about half a box of stuff I might actually wear (which went into the dresser drawer), plus about half a box of "totally uninteresting" shirts for Goodwill, and about half a box of solid-color shirts (some with long sleeves) that must have been presents or something. The actual boxes are labeled:

• Linux
• Zilog and Ricoh
• Free {speech, software}
• SF Themes and Cons
• Memories

Not sure what to do with the boxes, a year or so from now. Quilts, maybe? Bag 'em up and give them to Goodwill? Put them up in the attic and let them get moldy?

Also got a few things put away in the front closet, put some yard tools back into the outside closet (out of the rain), and recorded a take of "The Mushroom Song" that I probably didn't need -- the previous one was good enough, but I apparently forgot to update the notes file. Four or five to go. I need to start working on track order.

A vote for quilts here - I've been thinking about doing that with our convention shirts for a few years now.

I side with kshandra on the quilts vote. Let me have an op to practice my new-found skill of sewing (which I am still pretty bad at).

Might be a bit large for youur first major project. OTOH, what do I know?
