That's a bzip2-compressed Audacity project, and it's actually smaller than
the corresponding .wav file. What this really means is that it
will be practical to upload and manage Audacity projects with
git.
I do note that, with the gzip compression that git uses, it's
almost twice as big. But that's still managable.
