I've been looking for that for some time now -- a cursive style of writing, that's probably based on "regular" lettering, but looks pretty obscure to the uninitiated. (Hmm. Probably make a great code.) Grandma used to get letters written in it. So far, the only reference I've found on the web is a comment that you need to read it to check out the really old geneology records.
Fraktur is more of a font than a separate alphabet; in any case the site doesn't seem to mention cursive forms at all. (Cursive Cyrillic also exists -- my Russian grandmother used to get cards from her relatives. I remember finding the script highly puzzling when I was a kid.)
Nice, but it still doesn't seem to have German script
