Did I mention anything last night about getting up at twenty minutes to five in the goddamned morning? I thought not.

That's the next thing I'm working on with the 5-yo. She WANTS to sleep with me. One day last week, she woke me up in the middle of the night, I got up & laid with her for a few minutes, she got up again at 5, I wouldn't come to her bed or let her in mine, she started pestering me that it was getting light and I SHOULD be up, .... the alarm went off ..... I finally got up, she said "I'm tired" and went to her room, and slept like a rock for 2 more hours.

B12 can help.. Also (Don't hit me) It seems when you get older, your sleep cycle goes a little screwy.
