Overdid it a litte?

Cut my walk short by about 30% yesterday -- the ankle was bothering me. Still not the sprained area, but more support would be nice. Tried to find high-top walking shoes, with no success (found some Keens -- like my current shoes only higher -- but REI didn't have them in my size).

Have to go in to Kaiser for labwork before my check-up. No breakfast.

The chaoswolf is awake. Considering that she's been getting up in the late afternoon/early evening the last couple of days, that's a major accomplishment. I'm proud of her.

Moose was up at 9 am. 'Course we promised him bacon for breakfast. That will usually get him going. :) Teen-agers never wake up before noon if they can help it.
Then again chaoswolf isn't a teen ager anymore. What's her excuse?

probably that there's a teenager in the next room. (She has, on occasion, come downstairs to sleep on the couch when E was being too loud, too late.
