Play nice now. Just because you can point to the MS Litigation page for evidence, it doesn't show the MS legal team is on crack. That's only circumstantial evidence. There are other legitimate reasons for all those failures (aka, settlements).

Date: 2006-11-04 06:40 pm (UTC)But, you know, I still think that the period 1990 through whenever it was that MSFT started giving a dividend ought to be subject to a lawsuit... when you've got 95% of the market, you cannot sanely characterize yourself as a growth company and not give a dividend.

For that matter... I wonder what the legal implications are if you're running SuSE, but you're not "licensed" for it? I've never purchased a copy, so I've never had a support contract.
