They're missing Portland's Max, the VTA (Santa Clara County) and SamTrans (San Mateo County) in the SF Bay Area, plus a number of railroads including Caltrain, Amtrak, and rail systems in Britain, Japan, and both coasts of the US.

Underground, BART, VTA Light Rail. I'm sure I've been on Chicago's El (elevated) but I don't remember it well, and I don't know their logo.

See the Chicago Transit Authority site. For years the El was my primary means of transportation.
