My filk concert at Baycon

I was up first, Friday night at 9:00pm, so as usuall a number of people missed it. But for all that it was much better attended than my last few concerts, and I got a couple of complements on my singing. My new song, Cicero in the Twenty-First Century got even more laughs than I expected. Could I have hit a nerve there?

I stupidly didn't write down my exact set list before I put the sheets back in the notebook, so this is from memory:

Yes, I had seen it, though I didn't remember until I checked again. I recall seeing the updated quote someplace on the web -- several places, if I remember correctly; that's what inspired the song.

OK, credit where it's due: a quick Google search shows Simon as the only source of the revised quote. I've added the link to the song's liner notes.
