About bleeding time!

In this case I'm not referring to the bonus disk but the data entry for preorder forms. It took most of today and quite a lot of yesterday to write and test the form and CGI program, but it works the way I want it to now. I'm paying the chaoswolf to do the actual work.

Getting the web preorders done will require additional work tomorrow, but it's simpler because the transactions are already downloaded in CSV format, and I have them in email as well. As an inveterate Perl hacker the simplest thing will probably be to crunch the email.

Confirmation emails should go out sometime next week. With luck and a good deal more work the actual album should be shipping sometime in late March or early April.

I also managed to squeeze in a 3-mile walk and a little shopping.
