Both kids are awake and out of bed. Only took two trips up the stairs, one at 6:45 and one at 7:00. (Plus another just now to check, but I came back down without saying anything.) I'm not complaining.

True, though at one point I was having knee problems that made stairs painful. I seem to be doing ok at the moment, fortunately.
