Internet friends

There are several -- you know who you are -- mainly found through either LJ or alt.callahans. But I particularly want to mention _amethyst_fire_, who found my usenet posts by searching for her name on Google.

Doubly small... I didn't know you were a Callahanian. I knew k_crow was... and she's the link through which I met almost everyone I know on the West Coast... including, via cflute, yourself....

I'm going to buy her a membership in Conflikt -- she sings, but as far as I know is unfamiliar with filk. So far. I'll try to point her in your direction.

I haven't been active on a.c for years between the high bandwidth and low s/n it just got to be too much work. (So now I'm on LJ with a friends list that takes me almost as long as a.c did when I was still reading it...) There are a number of old-time Callahanians on my flist; I haven't made any effort to seek them out, but I generally add them back if they friend me or reply to a comment of mine.
