Ouch!

I seem to have done something unpleasant to my left shoulder. Possibly slept on it wrong, or maybe too much backpack-toting in Portland. I'm guessing a muscle cramp. It hurts like heck, but this has happened before, and I'm not particularly worried. Took a short walk after lunch, and a couple of aspirin. Naproxen just after dinner.

Now I'm going to take a nice hot bath in hopes of loosening it up a little, and then go to bed.
