CD Baby has just informed me that the iTunes listing for CC&S will be here. They say it might be up now, or it could be 5-30 days. So how about somebody with iTunes letting me know when it gets there.

They've also informed me that they're down to one copy out of the five I sent them; I'll have to call them in the morning to see how many they want. (They say to send as many as I've sold in the last three months -- it's been up for less than two weeks.)

It's there now. I just clicked on it and it came right up. :)

Works on my macbook Pro. 30 second clips on iTunes.

Send it soon, and send 15. :-) That's what I've found works best. It doesn't give them too many in stock, and it gives you a cushion.

If it's been up for less than 2 weeks, then...

1) extrapolate by multiplying that by 6.
2) Take 'initial availability sales' into account by multiplying by 0.5.

Or, as an alternative:

1) Take number of preorders you got,
2) average per-month,
3) multiply by 3 (months),
4) multiply by 2 (assuming 1 out of 2 people who wanted one preordered).

If the numbers are wildly disparate, use some other Voltaire-Enterprise method to come up with some number. :)

(personally, I'd err on the side of caution, and assume the number come up with is astoundingly low.)
