Grumble!@!

No walkies today, not even a little. My left knee was giving me trouble -- possibly I twisted it during the night. In any case, the only walking I did was the tenth-mile across the parking lot from and to my usual spot. And in the morning I wasn't even sure about that. Very annoying.

A knee brace helped a little, but not enough to make me want to risk a walk. Started hurting in the late afternoon, so I took it off.
