Insider's Release Starts in September

We will be shipping "Insider's Release" chumbys starting in September. For the Insider's Release we will be sending an email to those of you who asked to be notified when the chumby became available (starting with those who contacted us first!).

When you get yours let me see it. I've signed up too, but way after you, so it will be a while and I want to be sure I really want the cute thing.

Hmm. I'm just not getting this. (And there was no SL Friends Online widget. ;-)

There appear to be a couple of different feed readers, but of course your friends list isn't available as an RSS feed, and LJ's feeds lose information compared to the web view. I'd guess it won't be long before there's a web browser widget, at which point it'll be pretty simple.

An even better way might be to run a program on your PC to convert your friends list to a feed and hand it off to the Chumby.
