My turn to cook tonight

Colleen was out taking the kids to the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk; she told me to make dinner.  I can cook, but don't usually get the opportunity, and $8 worth of ingredients easily beats $60 or so to take the whole crew out to a restaurant.

Colleen claims I cook Chinese better than she does; tonight's dinner was asparagus pork (with plum sauce) and pork with black bean sauce.  The asparagus pork came out better.
