Looks like another short day

mdlbearHad trouble sleeping last night, and realized that not only did I have an earache, but that I'd had it for at least a day. Still have it; called Kaiser and now have an appointment at 3:00 to have it looked at. I assume it's an infection of some sort.
Went out for a 40-minute walk and found that it was just a little more exercise than I should have had. Grumblegrumblegrumble.
