A visit with the Vampires

Forgot to note that I gave blood last night. I keep trying to get the chaoswolf to come along, but she keeps being afraid of needles. How can somebody play vampire LARPs and not want to go to the blood bank every once in a while? Even if it is only to make a deposit.

As for the wolf, I'm deathly afraid of deep water, yet I've played a viking and am working on a pirate game. Go figure.

Of course, I'm still afraid of needle, but had to get used to them.

(Didn't she donate at a con last summer? Or Baycon?)

It was ConJose. She started to, but opted out after the finger-stick (testing for iron). I keep telling her that it hurts more than the donation needle (due to the higher nerve density in the fingertips), but she still doesn't seem to believe me.

One of these days we'll get her. (Hooked on reverse mainlining?)

Oddball question: Does she weigh enough? I ask because you need to weigh at least 110 lbs, and from the looks of her, she's right on the borderline.

Last time she tried, she qualified. I believe she weighs in at about 120.
