We drive: Grand Central Starport is pleased to provide free shuttle service to all three Bay Area airports. SJC is by far the most convenient, however.

I will, I'm afraid. Colleen is usually there in the afternoon, though whether she's available for shuttle service depends on whether there's somebody else in the house and how pain-free she's feeling.
