Decent test results, for once!

mdlbearOK, so my triglicerides are a little higher than normal: 209, when normal is <199. And HDL is 38 when it should be over 40. Compared to last time, when they were 292 and 35 respectively, I'm doing pretty well. Everything else was within range. No results yet on some of the more obscure items like gluten antigen.
I have an appointment with my primary care doctor a week from tomorrow morning.
