yea! simple accomplishable tasks do always make you feel better. One for me sometimes is just going outside every day. It's a lot easier now because of Guillermo (and him having to go potty), but some days it is still a huge struggle.

When the cope supply gets dangerously low, there *are* no "simple" tasks - they're all major accomplishments. The great thing about cope is that it's generally self-replenishing. Even when it feels like the well is taking forever to refill itself.
