  * buy 2x2s, D, C, Cardio, aspirin (Walgreens)
  & dishes.  Don't actually remember when I did them.

    interesting; often I find myself feeling more like the women than the men.
  & Colleen: wound care.  She wants to wait on the flush.

Got to Fry's intending to buy a printer and discovered I hadn't done my homework. :( Came back home and did it, but by then it was late enough, and I was feeling shaky enough, that I didn't go out again.

Felt somewhat ill all day, one way or enother. Some of it undoubtedly a combination of sleep-dep and too much coffee; I felt much better after dinner. None of which explains why I woke up at 3:30am and couldn't get back to sleep. Grump.

I see few items worth bolding, and no emotions noted. Mostly a down day, as I recall. I suppose they'll still happen occasionally. Wonder if it was the Benadryl.

An odd thing I noted years ago: when I take adult Benadryl, I get a hangover, but when I take an exactly comparable dose of the children's Benadryl syrup, I don't.

Good luck at your doctor's today. I hope the elbow turns out to be nothing of importance.

Thanks! Hangover is mainly caused by dehydration. If you're drinking a couple of glasses of water to get rid of the taste, that would do it.

It's hard to feel emotionally good about stuff you do when you are feeling icky physically. I'm sure that's doubly true when you're not used to paying attention to such feelings.
