  * awake ~5:30 after going to bed ~midnight.  Good.  dozed a little.

  & River: Seeing the fnords
    ! my main emotion is probably frustration at the magnitude of the task.

  & found Colleen's MP3 player in a tote bag hung up with recycling!
    ! happy; mildly annoyed; amused
  = thinking about my mood is usually depressing.  Another feedback loop.
  * keflex noonish
  & saw Colleen noonish
  & 15:45-16:50 walk.  Mostly thinking about website.
  * recent song marked WIP until it becomes topical  ! resigned
  & call from M.S. -- wanted to make sure I was OK too.  Sweet of her.
  * pack LJ printouts with other stuff to take to Colleen
  * 18:40 bring Colleen -Land of Lakes inst. coffees-, box of lollypops
    (next to coffee in pouches, next to C's chair)
  & 7:22 spent some time dozing, holding Colleen's hand while she sleeps
    ! loving, protective, contented.
  ! 7:37 a little lonely.
  * reload meds for the week
  * brush teeth, keflex at bedtime

Made some good River posts out of the insights from the last couple of days. Good progress there.

Not much else got done between household chores and visiting Colleen. I'd forgotten just how big a bite that takes out of the day. I seem to be both missing her more, and taking it better than last time. Progress?

Either the degree of your depression was masking the degree of your loneliness (yup, that sort of thing really can happen) or you've been learning better to evaluate your feelings and know exactly how lonely you are, which you didn't before.
