  * RESET CLOCKS!!

  * call Callie ~10am
  * leave hotel ~11am (more like 11:45. but plenty of slop in the sched.)

  <- rash on elbows and knees, knuckles.  Stress?
  * dinner (Alfredo done right; with brown-rice pasta)

    ! happy -- good news: good prospects for recovery

Not a bad day, all things considered. Friendship and good conversation in the morning, and an optimistic Colleen with good news in the evening.
