Not much actually done, beyond a couple of useful meetings at work and going out to an Indian restaurant near where Consonance was. The one we'd wanted to go to, Mehran, was closed for remodeling; Chandni was all buffet; pretty tasty but we both felt a bit queasy afterwards.

Some excellent links, though. Let's start with silly: a short film shot entirely on a scanner. Almost as silly, the US Patent Office Decides That One Click Really Is Patentable. Meanwhile Sun's former CEO points out that suing over patents is an act of desperation. And New York picks a new official sex symbol.
