mdlbearOK, plan B (since WinXP seems to be broken by design) -- anyone know how to make it print to either a Unix (lpr) or CUPS/IPP printer? In particular, anyone out there know what the name should be?
XP, at least, appears to know how to print to networked printers, and both ports 515 and 631 are open.
Not being able to use Windows filesharing is a minor but not insurmountable problem, since I can always use WebDAV, which works over HTTP.
