I was wondering why, every time I tried to change glasses, I kept getting my computer glasses. Turns out I picked up the wrong pair when I left home this morning (I have two pairs of computer glasses because I can never remember to carry them with me when I leave home/work). Dumb Bear.

Luckily the main effects of wearing my computer glasses are a little additional eyestrain trying to accomodate to the difference between two feet and infinity, and a reduced ability to focus close up. Not really much of a problem for driving, which is why I didn't notice.

And if it's bad, I keep my previous pair of bifocals in the car -- the astigmatism has drifted a bit, but they're not too bad.

I have a pair of older prescription dark glasses I keep in the car. (My current bifocals have snap-on dark glasses included.) Okay so long as it's not dark. Unfortunately, my last pair of regular glasses lost a lens, but I had the ones in the period frames.
