Westercon RFA

It's hard to believe, but Westercon is coming up in only three weeks. Eeek! My concert will be 2:45 on Saturday. My usual partner in crime, cflute, won't be there, so there will be a couple of holes in my usual repertoire unless somebody wants to learn a part or two. Consider this a Request For Assistance. (And also a Request for Suggestions, if there's a song you particularly want to hear. Or not hear.)

OryCon isn't *always* just before Thanksgiving, it just happens to be this year. Which I agree is a major pain. Sigh...

I do quite sympathise with the frustration, though, as my long-time musical partner in rhyme moved completely out-of-area a few years back!

Partners moving seems to be a common problem in filkdom -- definitely makes me want to invest in a cable modem.
