Just listened all the way through to the audio of "Quiet Victories". It's rough, of course. The coda's a total trainwreck. But... But...

There aren't many songs that can make me tear up when I listen to them. Like, maybe two. Now there are three. I never dreamed that I would write one.

Yeah, that's happened to us too. Both of us got misty-eyed when we started working on "Tonight, I sleep alone." Just keep working on it and you'll work through the emotions then it won't make you cry anymore.

Thanks. I've done that before; take a look at my song "Rainbow's Edge" sometime. I've written quite a few songs with a line or two that make me choke up while I'm singing them.

But just listening?! That's different somehow.
