  & awake since 3:30; got some snuggle ~5am
    ! loved
  * W=187.4; drugs, nose-watering, emergen-c, coffee
  & 7:30 took 2 naproxen.  Dropping back to twice/day
  & 11:10 leave work to take Colleen to Kaiser.  Get run-around.
    ! frustrated, annoyed; fell apart some.  Not good.
  & 2:35 posted about the above.  Some useful insights.
    ! calmer and more together after post.
  * 4:00 Awsare re: elbow
    -> Rx for cephalexin (Keflex).  Picked up 2 Rx's for Colleen as well.
    ! grumpy and mildly depressed.
  ~ no group tonight
  & no Joyce -- she has a cold
  & more work on chording Riverheart.  This time for sure?

Many parts of yesterday were intensely frustrating, and I found myself getting stressed, falling apart, and getting depressed over that. I guess SSRIs just raise the baseline a little.

I see that I did notice feeling loved when Colleen snuggled me at 5am. I noticed it falling asleep last night, too, with her back snuggled against mine. But most of the feelings I noticed were negative ones.
