First of all, a Happy Anniversary to the lovely flower_cat, my wife of thirty one years as of today at 1pm. She keeps saying "I ain't killed him yet," so I guess I made it through another year. It was touch and go last night, I suspect -- I was in the office hacking when I should have been in bed snuggling. Oops.

Ever the curse of the geek, do we fix the annoying hacker problem or go cuddle the beautiful woman who loves us... Gotta keep perspective, the problem will sit right there and be there when we get back. The lady isn't always as patient. :)

WRT perihelion: I noticed it seems darker the last few days than right around Solstice. Weird, that we're actually *closer* and have longer days, but....

See you Friday! In this case, it's more a case of cuddle the beautiful woman, or work on the bonus CD and the Interfilk auction package. Previous situations have included totally broken networks that had to be fixed. But it is a perennial problem.
